A well-established technology-focused company in Dublin is seeking a .NET Development Manager to lead a growing team of C# engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine hands-on technical involvement with leadership and strategic influence.

This position offers a hybrid model, with 1 day per week required on-site in their modern Dublin city centre office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers working on enterprise-grade software solutions

• Remain hands-on where needed, overseeing architecture, code quality, and delivery standards

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across product, QA, and DevOps

• Drive continuous improvement in development practices, team performance, and delivery timelines

Tech Stack:

• C#, .NET 6/7

• ASP.NET Core, REST APIs

• Azure, CI/CD pipelines

• SQL Server, Entity Framework

• Agile/Scrum methodologies

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in .NET development

• Proven leadership or management experience within a software engineering team

• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based delivery

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
